Design note:
the ship's gun would weight about 560 TONS! It's impossible in practical terms but hey, it's fantasy ;)
I decided to make gigantic "cannister" shot for the weapon, hence "barrels" on the deck
Normal cannister shells are full of musketballs (acts like a giant shotgun, to wipe out infantry etc), but for this behemoth I was thinking, well you can only fire it once in a rare while, so why not fire a huge cloud of grapeshot (small cannonballs) and slaughter anything, ship or critter in front of you for damn sure? ;)

The original deckplans had 5' balls, way WAY too big (they'd weight over 4 tons!)
So I made the gun 3' diameter bore, stone balls 3' diameter would still weight about 2000lbs, cannister loaded with grapheshot = 386 x 3" diameter balls weighing abut 1550lbs (not including weight of the "split barrel" used to hold it) container would need to be made of ram wood or some such due to extreme weight.
Would wipe out anything in front, lol, perfect anti-Witchlight Marauder weapon ;)
